Welcome message

Mahogany Company’s technological innovations simplify the manufacturing process by providing “just in time” delivery of ready to build, customized composite kits and panels.

Our streamlined approach eliminates scrap, increases efficiency and reduces costs, while meeting the rigorous demands of vacuum infusion, compress molding, resin transfer molding and other closed-molded processes. We understand our customer’s precise specifications, and work to exceed their expectations, one kit at a time.

Composite Kits

FIBERGLASS KITS

Mahogany Company’s fiberglass kits incorporate various types of fiberglass, from hand-laid applications to the infusion process. Each configuration is created utilizing state of the art 3D digitizing technology which is converted to a flattened pattern for cutting on our CNC machinery. Every kit includes schematic drawings for easy installation. Bilingual drawings are available upon request.

CORE KITS

Mahogany Company’s core kits utilize lightweight foam, balsa, honeycomb and other high tech core composite construction materials. Each pattern is created utilizing 3D digitizing technology which is converted to a flattened pattern for cutting on our CNC machinery. Every kit includes schematic drawings for easy installation. Bilingual drawings are available upon request.

SANDWICH PANELS

Mahogany’s composite (or sandwich) panels are designed for maximum performance in primary and secondary structures at a fraction of the weight of wood panels. Mahogany’s high quality press molding ensures close tolerances, while non-porous polyester and epoxy facings not only reduce weight, but also reduce the preparation time for painting, veneering and finishing. Composite panels can be cut and shaped to the customer’s precise dimensions

Accurate Technology

Everything is CNC cut. Mahogany Company is an integrated organization of experts in advanced composites, precision machinists, skilled technicians, and specialists in the digitized capture of original molds or molded parts and their translation from computer-generated imagery to physical pattern.
